WHAT IS RISATECH CLOUD APPLICATION SOLUTION?
Risatech Cloud Application Solution is a cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning. It is designed to simplified business solutions for small and medium enterprises.
Risatech Cloud Application helps small businesses to manage:

• Inventory
• Human Resource
Built as a cloud solution, there is no software installation needed at all. You can access the applications from your internet browser on any computer or web enabled device anytime, anywhere.
WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR RISATECH CLOUD APPLICATION SOLUTION?
Recommended system requirements:
• Latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari for Mac
• High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, T1)
Note: Risatech Cloud Applications work best with a fast Internet connection.
CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE APPLICATIONS INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes, you may subscribe to Risatech Cloud Applications as a whole package or you can choose any modules that will suite you best.
IS THERE A TRIAL PERIOD AND HOW DO I SIGN UP?
There's a 30 day free trial period. Just enter your name, email address and choose any module you’re interested in and you're good to go - we don't ask for your any payment details for trial.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE WHEN I DECIDED TO USE RISATECH APPLICATIONS?
Once your trial period finishes, you will be directed to a payment page where you can subscribe. Or you can choose to subscribe at any stage during the trial.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA IF I CANCEL?
If you decide to cancel during the free 30 day trial, we'll delete all traces of your data from our servers immediately. If you're a paying Risatech’s subscriber, after you cancel we'll give you read-only files to all your data.
IF I’M HAVING PROBLEMS USING THE APPLICATIONS, WHERE CAN I FIND HELP?
You can simply read through our FAQ session to search for previous problems and solutions. If the FAQ is still not a help to your problem, you can log your problems and questions to our helpdesk system;

Cloud ERP or also known as SaaS (Software as a Service) is an approach to enterprise resource planning (ERP) that makes use of cloud computing platforms and services to provide a business with more flexible business process transformation.
